Name: Arianna Naeo "Ari" Lohr
Age: 13
Gender: female
Image:
God Parent: Hephaestus
Mortal Parent: Kiko Lohr (deceased)
Relationship: single
Pet: King snake named Halwir (Hal)
Personality: Ari is quiet, but has a strong opinion and will. She takes revenge rather seriously, but would never start a fight if she didn't have to. She is surprisingly strong for her small stature, and is quick and agile. She is very close to her snake, Halwir, as he is the only thing she has left of Egypt, her homeland. Sometimes it seems as though Halwir understands her. Ari keeps calm most of the day, but has been known (by very few) to weep quietly at night over her dead mother. She doesn't show it, but she is rather sensitive.
Likes: quiet, being alone, harmless sparring (it keeps her from thinking of her mother), her snake, open spaces
Dislikes: loud noises, actual fights, thinking of her mother (it's too painful), being helpless
Skills: any kind of combat, making things, fixing things, calming people down
Powers (must relate to god parent): fire, enhanced speed
Weapon: Celestial bronze spear named Akhu
History: Hephaestus met her mother when he went to visit the Egyptian gods. He didn't know Ra was in love with her, and when Ari was born, Ra and Hephaestus fought long and hard over Kiko Lohr. Ari didn't know about any of this until Ra grew tired of fighting over her mother and struck her down. Hephaestus took Ari in, and told her what had been raging over her head for the past twelve years and eleven months. Ari felt horrible. She blamed herself for her mother's death, thinking that if she hadn't been born, Ra wouldn't have killed her mother. Hephaestus took her to Camp Half-Blood when she turned thirteen
Years at Camp: 3 months
Other: She doesn't like to get in close when she fights. She prefers long-range weapons.
